Jasper Martens has extensive experience in operations and customer service, currently serving as Manager Operations at Vattenfall since April 2019, where responsibilities include leading the Expert Center for E-Mobility, delivering high-quality service to customers in the Netherlands and England. Prior to Vattenfall, Jasper held various positions at VodafoneZiggo from June 2014 to March 2019 as Team Manager/Coach in Sales and Retention, focusing on achieving sales targets and enhancing customer loyalty. Earlier experience includes roles at Rabobank Hoorn-Midden Westfriesland from September 2000 to May 2014, where Jasper progressed from an Operational Coordinator to Sales and Service Coordinator and Advisor, leading teams and driving process improvements. Jasper began the career at Baas Papierwaren B.V. as an Inside Sales Representative from September 1998 to August 2000. Jasper's educational background includes a Master’s in Coaching from Johan Cruyff Institute and a Bachelor's in HBO Management from NCOI Opleidingen.
