Lothar John

Lothar John currently serves as the Leiter operative Instandhaltung Durchführung at BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme AG, overseeing 45 employees and leading operational maintenance at multiple heating power plant locations. Responsibilities include onboarding new employees, employee development, ensuring compliance with water management laws, managing partner firms, and conducting recruitment processes. Lothar also held the position of Leiter Operative Instandhaltung at Vattenfall since January 2019, focusing on operational and planned maintenance, fault management, and health and safety.
