Monika Sirp has extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and IT within the energy sector, holding various leadership roles at Vattenfall since August 2002. As an International Expert for Sales and Heat business, Monika has effectively managed compliance and risk for Business Area Customers and Solutions. Leadership positions include Director of Compliance and Risk, Head of IT Value Management, and Head of Controlling for Customer Service, where responsibilities encompassed IT portfolio management and major project oversight. Prior to Vattenfall, Monika served as Managing Director at GMO Consulting GmbH, specializing in management consulting and IT project management.
