Nils Bergstrand

Nils Bergstrand currently serves as a Project Portfolio Manager at Vattenfall, a role held since January 2018, following previous positions within the company, including Project Sponsor and Head of Department for Mechanical Engineering and Process Engineering. Nils has extensive experience in technical project management, having worked with Bombardier Transportation as a Tech Project Manager, where development of traction converters and propulsion units for trains was a focus. Early career experience includes a role as Tech Project Manager at ABB Atom AB / Westinghouse. Nils holds a Master of Science in Mechanics from Luleå University of Technology and a Master of Science in Energy, Thermal and Fluid Mechanics from the Institute National Polytechnique de Lorraine.
