Rosalie van Casteren

Rosalie van Casteren is a highly skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in operations and maintenance modeling within the renewable energy sector. Since August 2019 at Vattenfall, Rosalie has progressed from Operations & Maintenance Modelling Engineer to Senior Operations & Maintenance Modelling Engineer, specializing in the design and optimization of offshore wind farms. Key responsibilities include maintaining operational models and enhancing capabilities with innovative concepts. In an earlier role as Associate Operations & Maintenance Manager for the Hollandse Kust Zuid offshore wind farm, Rosalie oversaw a team of 12 and managed the safe operational readiness of the project. Additional experience includes asset management consultancy and an international traineeship at Vattenfall, as well as an engineering internship at Lockheed Martin, focused on F35 wing production. Rosalie holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology, supplemented by brief education at the University of Glasgow.
