Sami Pulkkinen is the Director of Business Development for CS Nordic at Vattenfall since May 2022, leading teams to enhance sales and service quality within the Nordic region, as well as overseeing new business areas in decentralized energy solutions. Prior to Vattenfall, Sami held various leadership positions at Klarna from February 2018 to May 2022, including Head of CS Definition & Training and Senior Manager roles in Vendor Delivery Management and Service Center Operations, focusing on customer service improvements and operational management across Europe and the US. Sami's career began in sales roles at Dynamic Robotic Solutions and Swedbank, followed by significant consultancy work in performance management at The Information Company and strategy execution at Millicom Ghana. Sami holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Stockholm University.
