Secil Unat

Secil Unat is an accomplished finance professional with a strong background in structured finance, corporate finance, and transaction leadership. Currently serving as Transaction Lead at Vattenfall since July 2024, Unat specializes in partnership and revenue solutions within the offshore wind sector. Previously held the position of Vice President of Structured Finance at Lightsource bp, focusing on project finance and divestments from July 2022 to June 2024. Secil's career also includes significant roles at Sidara as Associate Vice President, at Barclays Investment Bank as an Analyst in Corporate Finance, and at Goldman Sachs in both internal audit and legal functions. Secil holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and a BA in Management with a focus on Finance from the University of Leicester.
