Rafael Erath is currently the Head of Hardgoods at VAUDE, overseeing product management for backpacks, tents, hardware equipment, and shoes. Previously, Rafael served as Teamlead for PM Outdoor and Bike Sports Backpacks and held senior and junior product management roles at VAUDE and Scott Sports SA, respectively. Rafael also gained experience as an intern in product marketing at Salewa - Oberalp S.p.a. and in product management at adidas. Rafael earned a degree from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, completing studies from 2005 to 2012.
