Abbas Moussawi

Abbas Moussawi currently serves as the General Manager for NSW at Vaughan Civil, a position held since November 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Fulton Hogan and Interflow Pty Ltd, and Operations Manager - Utilities at Zinfra, where significant project management achievements involved overseeing substantial gas facilities and pipeline projects, including a $50 million capital program for ActewAGL. Abbas also worked as a self-employed Project Management Consultant and gained engineering experience at Transfield Services and Jemena. Key projects include the Colongra 42in Lateral Pipeline and the Appin Mine Subsidence Stress Mitigation Project. Abbas holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Mechatronics from UNSW.
