Poh Wei Hsen

Poh Wei Hsen has extensive experience in design management, currently serving in multiple roles including Design Manager and Project Design Manager at Vaughan Constructions since November 2018. Prior to this, Poh Wei Hsen worked as a Cook at Aunty Franklee, where skills in teamwork, communication, and emotional intelligence were developed in a fast-paced environment. Earlier experience includes an internship at dpm engineering sdn bhd, focusing on formulating quotations and liaising with clients and the manufacturer team. Poh Wei Hsen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from La Trobe University and completed a Professional Year in Engineering at Monash College.
