Sean Lechleiter is a Senior Associate in ESG Analytics at Vaughan Nelson Investment Management. Previously, Sean worked at Russell Investments as an Associate Research Analyst and also gained experience as a Global Equities Intern. Sean holds a Master of Science in Finance from Pacific Lutheran University and a Bachelor of Business Administration.
