Named a 2023 finalist for Outstanding Small Agency by PRWeek, Vault Communications delivers big for clients who entrust us For Ideas That Take Off™. While nationally saluted, we’re proudly Philly-rooted, providing the same candor, grit, and scrappiness that are the hallmarks of our hometown.

Deathly allergic to boring, our team serves up interruptive communications strategies for some of the most beloved brands, admired Fortune 500 companies and game-changing non-profits. Our work spans industries – and we love it that way. We believe that being unapologetically diversified means our ideas are never cookie-cutter and our people never stop learning.

We live our core values of Heart, Hunger, Curiosity and Excellence. We lead with empathy, pile our plates high with gratitude, eat the humble pie, and ask all the questions. We offer unflinching candor and sage counsel, and we don’t waver on accountability. Frankly, that’s what clients pay for and deserve. And employees dig our values, too. How do we know? They tell us. We’re a three-time winner of Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Places to Work - 100% based on independently collected employee feedback.

Did we mention we’ve got connections around the world? We are an active member of Worldcom Public Relations Group, a consortium of more than 100 independently owned PR firms. This enables us to have feet on the ground for clients at a moment’s notice, wherever that ground may be.

Women-owned and led, Vault believes commitment to diversity is the only way to do business and empowers each person on our team to come as they are - unabashedly sharing their gifts and experiences. As part of the Diversity Action Alliance, we transparently track Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) progress through consistent reporting and actively participate in achieving equal representation in a historically homogenous PR industry.

Clients don’t just hire an agency. They choose one. And we make magic happen with that trust.
