Hila Petrank

Hila Petrank is the current Head of Legal at Vault Platform. Hila has a long and varied history in the legal field, with experience in both teaching and compliance management.

Petrank began their career as an Associate at D. Mirkin & Co., Law Firm, where they worked from January 2004 to December 2007. Hila then took on the role of Teaching Assistant at Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art., where they remained until December 2009.

In March 2007, Petrank became the Roaming Director at LR GROUP. In this role, they were responsible for the development and management of roaming activities and teams for GSM MNOs. Hila held this position until December 2013.

Petrank returned to the field of compliance management in March 2013 when they became the Legal Compliance Manager at Cyber. In this role, they were responsible for designing, establishing, and managing Privacy, Anti Bribery and Corruption, Third Party Diligence, and Human Rights compliance frameworks. Hila remained in this position until October 2021.

Hila Petrank has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Bar-Ilan University. Hila also has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate & Finance from The College of Management Academic Studies. Hila is also a Certified ethic supervisor in organizations from Jerusalem ethic center. Finally, they have participated in a Business & Human Rights Workshop at Columbia University.

Hila Petrank reports to Neta Meidav, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Meg Porter - Head of Product, Nick Tong - VP, Research & Development, and Emma Jackson - Head of Information Security.
