Shawn Rutledge

Shawn Rutledge currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at VAULT Strategies, focusing on captive, MGU, and network solutions. Previously, Shawn held the position of President of Sales at both Edison Health Solutions and Edison Healthcare, facilitating premium access to high-quality care for members of contracting health plans. As President & CEO of Payor Relations Management Group, Shawn worked to create a comprehensive ecosystem connecting payors, providers, and patients in the medical tourism industry. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Manager for Strategic Markets at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, where Shawn developed strategic relationships to enhance patient access and market penetration. Additionally, Shawn has held board and leadership positions in various healthcare organizations, including the Visiting Nurses Association of Oklahoma. Shawn's career in the healthcare sector began at Great-West Life and Annuity Insurance Company after earning a BA in Criminology from Oklahoma City University.
