Erin McCarthy has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Clinical Intern at Livengrin Foundation in 2010. Erin then worked at Eagleville Hospital, where they held various positions, including Co-Occurring Therapist, Clinical Coordinator, and Patient and Family Advocate. In 2017, Erin joined FSSolutions as the Director of Operations, Recovery Management Solutions. Most recently, they became a Product Manager at Vault Health in December 2019.

Erin McCarthy, MBA, MS, LPC has a diverse education history. Erin began their academic journey at Villanova University in 2007, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Counseling and Human Relations at Villanova University, completing their studies in 2011.

Later on, Erin expanded their educational profile by pursuing a Post Master's Education in Professional Counselor at West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2013 to 2014. This further enhanced their expertise and qualifications in the field of counseling.
