Evan Gogel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Evan began their career as an Analyst at the Yale Investments Office in 2008. Evan then joined McKinsey & Company in 2010 as a Business Analyst and later became an Engagement Manager. In 2012, Evan worked at Endeavor in a Search & Selection role. Evan returned to McKinsey & Company in 2015 as an Engagement Manager. In 2017, Evan joined McKinsey New Ventures as a Seed Portfolio Manager.

In 2018, Evan co-founded Vault Health and served as a Board Member. Evan also joined Redesign Health the same year and held multiple roles, including Partner & Venture GM and Head of Operations. In 2019, Evan joined Ever/Body as an Interim COO and later became a Member of the Board of Directors.

Throughout their career, Evan has shown their expertise in portfolio operations and venture management. Evan has played key roles in various organizations, focusing on strategic decision-making and driving growth.
