Leticia Gammill

Leticia Gammill is an accomplished leader in cybersecurity and sales with extensive experience in driving go-to-market strategies and executing sales programs across various organizations. Currently serving as the EMEA Security GTM Lead for Microsoft, Leticia directs a global team within the Microsoft Customer & Partner Solutions group. As the Founder and President of LATAM Women in Cybersecurity (WOMCY), Leticia is dedicated to empowering women in the cybersecurity field through development programs. Previous roles include leading the Americas Security Channels strategy at Cisco and significant contributions at companies such as Palo Alto Networks, Avaya, and AppDirect. Leticia holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and degrees in Hospitality Management.
