Natália Espanhol

Natália Espanhol has worked in various roles since 2015. Natália began their career as a bilingual receptionist at Thera Corporate, where they were responsible for greeting visitors in Portuguese and English, as well as providing telephone support, event scheduling, and administrative support for the building. In 2017, they joined Creditas and held three different roles. Natália was a Project Analyst III, where they were responsible for the loyalty/loyalty program, restructuring customer onboarding journey, customer enchantment project, and referral of friends. Natália was also a Relationship Management Project Analyst II, where they were responsible for creating an area from scratch focused on customer relationship, repetition, and retention. Lastly, they were a Sales Specialist, where they were responsible for technical development in sales of commercial consultants. In 2022, they joined Vaultree as a Business Architect.

Natália Espanhol completed a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi from 2017 to 2020. In 2019, they took a Spanish language course at DonQuijote Spanish Language Learning in Mexico. In 2015, they completed an English as a Second Language course at Kaplan International College in Australia. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Excel Training from Creditas in 2018 (Elementary), 2019 (Intermediate) and 2019 (Upper Intermediate).
