Niki Reiter

Niki Reiter is currently serving as the Global Head of Human Resources and Compliance at Vaupell since November 2024. Prior to this role, Niki held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Morgan Olson from August 2021 to December 2024. Niki's extensive experience in human resources includes serving as HR Director for North America Organization, Talent & Strategy, and as Senior Human Resources Manager focusing on HR Operations and Total Rewards at Whirlpool Corporation from August 2017 to August 2021. Niki also served as Vice President of Human Resources at Global Power Equipment Group from June 2013 to August 2017. Educationally, Niki Reiter holds a Master of Business Administration from Bethel University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Purdue University Northwest.
