With extensive experience in financial advisory, Vaupen's expertise extends to sell-side M&A and debt workout advisory across various company stages, including venture capital and distressed situations. Previously, Vaupen served as Vice President of Finance at Kellstrom Industries and held the position of Director and CFO at Beverage Canners International. Educationally, Vaupen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
