Bob Olech

Bob Olech is the President and Owner of VAVCO LLC since August 2018, where Bob also holds the title of Vice President Operations. Prior experience includes serving as Facilities Manager at EQT Corporation from January 2016 to August 2018, overseeing teams in the design of natural gas facilities, and developing safety and NDT programs. During tenure at Noble Energy, from August 2013 to December 2016, Bob managed facility design, conducted process hazard assessments, and led various engineering projects. Earlier experience includes facilities engineering roles at Talisman Energy and EQT Corporation, as well as civil engineering at Earthtech, with an initial service as a Sonar Technician in the US Navy. Bob earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University.
