Francis McGovern

Francis McGovern is an experienced industrial design professional with a robust background in design management and engineering. Currently serving as the Industrial Design Manager and Senior Design Engineer at Vax Ltd since January 2014, notable achievements include the design and re-engineering of vacuum cleaners for multiple brands to meet European energy efficiency and performance standards, along with regular oversight of production in China. Prior experience includes teaching electronics and resistance materials at PERRY BEECHES THE ACADEMY TRUST, and various roles at Indesit Company where significant contributions were made to product design and partnerships across Europe.
