Melanie Drayton

Melanie Drayton has extensive experience in regulatory affairs and compliance. Melanie is currently working as the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Vaxart, Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Corporate Regulatory Affairs at Charles River Laboratories, where they established a modern model for regulatory affairs and compliance across multiple countries. Melanie also launched a revenue-generating Regulatory Advisory Service and managed a team of experts in various regulatory areas. Before joining Charles River Laboratories, Melanie worked as a Managing Consultant at Navigant, where they provided regulatory support to various companies. Melanie also has experience in the consulting industry, having worked as a Senior Consultant at Clarkston Consulting and a Consultant at Anson Group. Melanie Drayton began their career at the FDA, where they served as a Project Manager and Investigator/Consumer Safety Officer, conducting inspections and investigations related to FDA-regulated products.

Melanie Drayton attended Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. The degree, field of study, start year, and end year are not provided.
