Brandon Zabukovic has a diverse work experience, with roles ranging from Managing Partner at Primary Care Partners of South Bend, LLC, to Adjunct Professor at the University of Notre Dame. Brandon has also served as a Physician Case Reviewer at the YWCA of Northern Indiana and as Medical Director for the Northern Indiana Maternal and Child Health Network, Inc. Additionally, Brandon has held roles such as Medical Director at VaxCare, Co-Founder at River City Real Estate, LLC, and Staff Physician at Teladoc Health. Brandon Zabukovic obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Professional Studies from the University of Notre Dame between 1993 and 1997. Brandon then pursued their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at New York Medical College from 1998 to 2002.
Following their medical degree, Brandon completed a residency program at Memorial Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program from 2002 to 2006, where they specialized in Family Medicine with a focus on Health Services Management Curriculum. During this time, they also earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Health Services Administration from Indiana University South Bend, which they completed from 2002 to 2006.
In 2005, Brandon obtained board certifications in both Addiction Medicine and Family Medicine. The Addiction Medicine certification was awarded by the American Board of Preventive Medicine, while the Family Medicine certification does not specify the institution.
Additionally, Brandon completed a fellowship in Primary Care Faculty Development at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in 2005 and 2006.
In terms of additional certifications, Brandon obtained a Physician And Surgeon (Allopathic - M.D.) certification from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency in June 2005. Brandon also received an Addiction Medicine Board Certification from the American Board of Preventive Medicine in January 2018.
