Guy Hagen

Guy Hagen has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in quality assurance and operations. Guy is currently the Director of Clinical Quality Assurance at Vaxcyte. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Youth Development at Major League Rugby, where they provided operational and strategic leadership for youth rugby development programs. Before that, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at San Diego Legion. Guy also worked as the Director of Development QA at Emergent BioSolutions and as the Associate Director of Quality Assurance at PaxVax, Inc. Guy has a background in clinical quality assurance, serving as the Associate Director at Quintiles and Synteract, Inc. Additionally, they worked as the QA Associate Director at PRACS Institute, Ltd., where they oversaw regulatory affairs and compliance for research studies.

Guy Hagen earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, B.S. from Truman State University in 1995. Guy then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Biology from the same university, which they completed in 1997. In 2009, they obtained the RQAP-GCP Certification from the Society of Quality Assurance.
