Katherine Peffen

Katherine Peffen is a Senior Engineer in MSAT at Vaxcyte, where professional experience includes roles as MSAT Engineer II and I, as well as a Process Development Engineer in polysaccharide. Prior experience includes serving as a Process Development Engineer in downstream processes at Astellas Gene Therapies and a Plasmid Manufacturing Associate I. Additionally, Katherine completed an internship as a Fermentation Biological Systems Intern at E. & J. Gallo Winery and worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at The University of Alabama in Huntsville. Katherine holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology - Process Sciences from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
