Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Business Process Development at Vaxcyte, Meadow has previously held key positions such as Head of ePMO at NeoGenomics Laboratories and Senior Director of the Global Program Management Office and Process Excellence at Smiths Medical. Additionally, Meadow worked as the Director of Program Management in Patient Monitoring Systems Development at Dräger, where leadership skills were utilized to enhance organizational strategies and efficiencies.
