Doug Cubbin

Doug Cubbin has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Doug currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Vaxxas since November 2022. Doug is also an Independent Director at ANSTO Nuclear Medicine since March 2022.

From 2017 to July 2022, Cubbin held the position of CFO at Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited. Their responsibilities included completing an IPO and capital raises, managing acquisitions, building a global finance function, and implementing new systems and structures.

Between April 2017 and March 2020, Cubbin served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Cyclotek Pty Ltd, a group of companies supplying PET-based products in Australia and New Zealand.

From 2013 to 2016, Cubbin was involved with ANSTO Nuclear Medicine in multiple roles. Doug held the positions of Chairman of the Board and General Manager of Business Development. In these roles, they established governance processes, developed a sustainable opportunity pipeline, and led the ANSTO Nuclear Medicine project.

Prior to their tenure at ANSTO Nuclear Medicine, Cubbin worked at DHL from November 2000 to February 2005. Doug served as CFO for the Oceania/South Pacific Area, overseeing finance matters for multiple businesses within the region.

Doug Cubbin attended Charles Sturt University from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Accounting. Doug then pursued further education by enrolling in the CPA Program at Deakin University from 1997 to 1998, focusing on Accounting and Finance.
