Dr Trisha Ghosh

Dr Trisha Ghosh has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of biomedical research and development. Dr Trisha is currently working at Vaxxas as a Biomedical Process Scientist, where they are actively involved in the formulation and analytical R&D department. Dr Trisha'sresponsibilities include developing various vaccine formulations for different diseases and applying cutting-edge technology for coating Microarray Patches. Dr Trisha also conducts analytical testing methods for vaccine development and product analysis.

Prior to their current role, Dr Ghosh worked at ANFF Queensland in two different positions. As a Professional Officer, they undertook contracted research work, enhanced research development, and provided expert training and advice. In their role as an ANFF-Q Administrator, they provided administrative and operational support, managed client relations, and maintained a client database.

Dr Ghosh also gained research experience at the Australian National Nanofabrication Facility- QLD, where they worked as a Professional Officer. Additionally, they conducted their PhD research at The University of Queensland, focusing on fabricating novel functional bio-materials for efficient anti-cancer therapeutic activity.

In their early career, Dr Ghosh worked at Greenco Biologicals PVT LTD as a QC/QA Advisor, where they supported department heads with testing methods and techniques, managed safety and quality control, and maintained SOPs for GMP regulation. Dr Trisha also gained research experience as a Laboratory Technician during their Master's study at Hanseo University, focusing on the synthesis of graphene-based materials for photocatalytic applications.

Dr Ghosh started their career as an intern at East India Pharmaceutical Works Ltd and Shine Pharmaceutical Ltd, where they gained exposure to various pharmaceutical departments and processes.

Dr. Trisha Ghosh has an extensive education history in the field of bioengineering and nanotechnology. Dr Trisha completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from The University of Queensland, specializing in Bioengineering and Nanotechnology, from 2014 to 2019. Prior to their doctoral studies, Dr. Ghosh obtained a Master's degree in Engineering from Hanseo University from 2011 to 2013, with a focus on Material Science with a specialization in Nanomaterials. Dr Trisha also holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, which they completed from 2007 to 2011, specializing in Pharmaceutical Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Dr. Ghosh has acquired additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Dr Trisha obtained a certification in SOP Technical Writing-GMP from PharmOut in November 2022. Dr Trisha is also a registered Pharmacist with certifications from the West Bengal Pharmacy Council, obtained in August 2013, and the Government of West Bengal.
