Joao Peralta, BEng.

Joao Peralta, BEng., has diverse work experience in engineering roles. In 2016, they worked as an Academic Researcher at CTM UFMG, where they conducted research on fuels and internal combustion engines, with a focus on biogas generated from the university's swage treatment plant. Joao followed a strict code of ethics and recorded their findings using appropriate software. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Field Orthopaedics as an Engineering Designer. In this role, they were responsible for researching and developing a potential product for the company. This included conducting risk analysis, researching relevant literature, and evaluating competitor products. Currently, Joao is working as a Laser Engineer at Vaxxas, starting in February 2022.
