Madison Hampson

Madison Hampson has a diverse work experience in the fields of engineering and healthcare. Madison is currently working as a Graduate Medical Device Engineer at Vaxxas. Prior to this, they worked at ResApp Health as a Quality Engineer and Quality Engineer Assistant. Madison also held leadership positions at QUT Fellowship of Medical Engineers (FoME) as the President and Treasurer. In addition, Madison worked as a Sessional Academic at QUT, a Tutor for the EGB211 Dynamics course, and a Student Representative for the Science and Engineering Faculty Appeals and Misconduct Committee. Madison gained practical experience as an Optical Assistant at Specsavers and as an Advanced Innovation Summer Student at Cochlear. Madison also interned as a Rehabilitation Engineer at Metro North Health and as an Orthotist and Prosthetist Lab Assistant at Healthia Limited Australia. Madison'sinvolvement with Engineers Without Borders includes roles as a General Executive and as a Design Summit Participant, where they collaborated on prototype design projects.
