Connaire Wallace

Connaire Wallace has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in talent acquisition and recruitment. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Bank Manager at TSB Bank, where they had additional responsibilities as a Deputy Bank Manager, Area Digital Wizard, and Community Ambassador for Edinburgh and the Lothians. In 2016, Connaire transitioned into the field of IT recruitment, first as a Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant at Oho Group Ltd, and then as an IT Recruitment Consultant. Connaire then joined Spring in 2018 as an IT Recruitment Delivery Manager, where they provided comprehensive recruitment solutions and leveraged the international reach of the Adecco Group. In 2020, Connaire moved to Scede as a Senior Principal Recruiter, working with Klarna Stockholm. Connaire then joined Rasa in 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Manager, providing infrastructure for conversational AI. Currently, Connaire is serving as the Global Manager (Acting Head of) Talent Acquisition at Vay.

Connaire Wallace attended Preston Lodge High School from 2004 to 2008. Following high school, from 2012 to 2013, they pursued a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Accounting and Business/Management at Edinburgh College.
