Gareth Smith

Gareth R. Smith is a seasoned professional in the travel and tourism industry, currently serving as a Destination Specialist at Vaya Adventures since January 2023. Prior to this role, Gareth held the position of Director of Procurement & Business Development at TripArc from January 2021 to January 2023. From March 2015 to January 2021, Gareth worked at Kensington Tours, where responsibilities included Director of Sales for Africa and the Middle East, Regional Sales Manager, and Destination Expert. Prior experience also includes a decade at Disney Cruise Line from January 2004 to June 2014, progressing through roles from Shore Excursion Host to Senior Shore Excursion Manager. Additionally, Gareth managed Twin Palms Dive Emporium as Store Manager and Lead PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor from January 2003 to May 2004.
