Sneha Pal, MPH

Sneha Pal, MPH has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Sneha began their career as a Pharmacy Technician at Winthrop University Hospital from 2008 to 2015. Sneha then worked at New York-Presbyterian Hospital as an Administrative Intern and later as a Nursing Administration Coordinator from 2013 to 2019. In these roles, they managed the recruitment process for clinical professionals and handled paperwork for internal transfers and terminations. Sneha then joined Vizient, Inc in 2019 as a Market Manager, where they acted as a project and program manager for the Contract Labor Management service. Sneha developed and maintained high trust relationships with key clients. Sneha is currently employed at Vaya Workforce as a Senior Program Manager II. In this role, they work as a project and program manager and manages client relationships in Vaya Workforce Solutions.

Sneha Pal, MPH, completed their Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree from St. John's University from 2014 to 2016, during which they focused on Public Health. Prior to their master's degree, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Health and Human Services with a Healthcare Concentration from St. John's University from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Sneha Pal also obtained two additional certifications. In November 2015, they received certification in Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) in Health and Health Care from Cine-Med. In July 2015, they obtained certification in Protecting Human Research Participants (IRB) from the National Institute of Health (NIH) Office of Extramural Research.
