Kate Glance

Kate Glance has extensive experience in regulatory reporting and performance management within the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Director of Regulatory Reporting at Vaya Health since December 2014. In this role, Kate manages the Performance Reporting Team, overseeing data and reporting requirements related to contracts with the North Carolina Department of Mental Health and NC Medicaid, as well as compliance with state statutes. Kate's previous positions include various roles at Mission Health, including Performance Reporting Supervisor and Quality Improvement Specialist, and experience in community outreach, family resource management, and library services. Academic credentials include a Master of Disability Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Disability Studies from CUNY School of Professional Studies, along with a Master of Library Science from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor of Education from the University of South Carolina Aiken.
