Ajhar Shaikh

Ajhar Shaikh has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Ajhar started as an Intern at Reflexis Systems and later worked as a Support Engineer for their primary product. Ajhar then became a Traniee Software Engineer, where they developed a single-page application and worked on full-stack development.

After that, Ajhar joined Eusiness Management Solutions LLC as a Software Developer. Ajhar worked on a product-based startup, where they developed cloud-based solutions and implemented full-stack development using Jersey Framework.

Following this, Ajhar worked at Globant in India, where they held multiple roles. As a Senior Software Engineer, they worked on a project that involved personalizing mobile device appearance. Ajhar also served as a Software Designer and Technical Lead, leading a team in developing a retail banking web application. Ajhar implemented micro front-end architecture and supported hybrid and responsive modes for multi-country, multi-user applications.

Currently, Ajhar is a Senior Software Engineer at Vayana Network, where they continue to contribute their expertise in software development.

Ajhar Shaikh earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they attended from 2007 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a Diploma in Advanced Computing from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) from 2011 to 2012. In December 2019, Ajhar Shaikh obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
