Mandar Hukeri

Vice President Product Operations at Vayana

Mandar Hukeri's work experience begins in 2003 when they worked as a Sales Engineer at Rieco Industries Limited Pune. Mandar was responsible for sales of engineering equipment and worked on techno-commercial proposals for turnkey projects. Mandar monitored project executions and handled key clients in the steel, aluminum, and cement industries.

In 2008, Hukeri joined State Bank of India as a Management Trainee. Mandar later served as an Assistant Vice President in Marketing, where they designed marketing collaterals, developed communication and publicity plans, and implemented promotional campaigns. Mandar then became a Vice President in Product, Policy, and Business - MSME. In this role, they drove business through alliances, developed policies for participation in the TReDS platform, and conceptualized product enhancements.

In 2017, Hukeri joined Receivables Exchange of India Ltd (RXIL) as a Team Lead in Operations and Product Management. Mandar was part of the team that built a new product and gained experience in various functions involved in running a company. Mandar also worked with various banks for developing their policy for TReDS.

Most recently, in 2022, Hukeri joined Vayana Network as the Vice President of Product Operations. Further details about this role are not provided.

Mandar Hukeri completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering at J J Magdum College of Engineering, Jaysingpur, Shivaji University from 1998 to 2002. Mandar then pursued a Diploma in Business Management at ICFAI University from 2004 to 2006. Following that, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Marketing from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Mandar also holds certifications in SME Finance for Bankers from the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance and Social Media Marketing from the Computer Society of India.
