Sharon Batliwalla has extensive experience in marketing and brand management. Sharon currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Marketing at Vayana, where they are responsible for building the brand and crafting the company's story. Prior to this, they worked at Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services as the AGM of Brand and External Communications. During their time at Sodexo, they led external communications and developed effective communication strategies for various marketing initiatives. Before that, Sharon worked as an Account Director at BBDO, where they served as a brand champion for General Mills and managed account management for Johnson & Johnson and Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. Sharon also held the role of Brand Manager at Gitanjali Gems Ltd, where they led brand building and communications for Gitanjali Infratech Limited and managed premium jewelry brands. Earlier in their career, Sharon worked as an Account Supervisor at Grey Group, overseeing communication strategies for Kinder Joy and Ferrero Rocher. Sharon began their career as a Management Trainee at Havas Group India.

Sharon Batliwalla has pursued their education in a chronological order, starting from 1989 to 2002. Sharon attended Girton High School during these years and obtained their SSC degree in English.

Following this, Sharon enrolled in the K C College of Management Studies from 2005 to 2008. There, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media with a specialization in Advertising.

Besides their formal education, Sharon also holds several certifications. In July 2020, they obtained the certification of "Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner" from IBM. In July 2021, they completed the "Sales Prospecting" course offered by LinkedIn. Moreover, in July 2021, Sharon completed the "Creativity at Work: A Short Course from Seth Godin" on LinkedIn. In January 2022, they obtained the certifications for "Brand and Marketing Integration," "Employer Branding on LinkedIn," and "Overcome Overthinking" from LinkedIn.
