Sudarshan Rajan

Sudarshan Rajan has a diverse work experience in the field of analytics. Sudarshan started their career as an Intern at KMN Engineering Consultants Pvt. Ltd. in 2014. Afterwards, they joined Mu Sigma Inc. in 2015 as a Data Analyst, where they worked on various projects and led a team for tool revamp and productization for a pharmaceutical company. In 2018, Sudarshan joined Wellthy Therapeutics as a Data Analyst, where they conceptualized and developed a self-serving insights platform to democratize data access. However, they had to leave the company due to family relocation. Later, in 2019, they joined American Express as an Analyst and played a crucial role in driving digital transformation, mentoring the team, and improving the department's brand perception. Currently, Sudarshan is working as a Senior Engineer - Analytics at Vayana Network, starting from July 2021.

Sudarshan Rajan completed their high school education at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2002 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Civil Engineering at Manipal Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2015.
