Crystal Chen

Crystal Chen currently serves as a Strategist and Post Creative Strategist at VaynerMedia since May 2023. Previously, Crystal held the position of Social Media Manager and Content Creator at Melbourne Social Co from February to December 2022, working with brands such as Smiling Mind, Real Dairy, and Elgas LPG. Additionally, Crystal worked as a Marketing Coordinator at The Design Coach from September 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities included creating and managing marketing content as well as developing social media strategies. Prior experience also includes a role as Marketing & Client Services Assistant at Cyber Clinic from July to December 2021. Crystal holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Honours) from Monash University and has undertaken further studies in strategic planning at AdSchool Australia and psychology programs at the University of Bergen and Box Hill Institute.
