Stephanie Halphen is currently the VP of Strategy at VaynerMedia. Stephanie has over 10 years of experience in brand strategy and marketing. Stephanie has a strong background in data-driven insights and developing modern brand strategies. Stephanie has worked with clients such as Lysol, National Geographic Channel, Shiseido, and Boiron.

In 2014, Stephanie co-founded CREEDS Co, a company that provides experiential seasonal retail pop-ups and influencer events for fashion, beauty, and home brands. Stephanie was responsible for managing P&L, operations, marketing, press, and partnership negotiations. Under their leadership, CREEDS Co delivered $300K in sales and 2MM+ impressions across 4 different events.

In 2016, Stephanie launched CreedsCollective.com, a digital content and social media strategy consulting agency designed to advise e-commerce brands on the integration of influencer partnerships into their communication ecosystem to drive digital marketing and business KPIs.

Stephanie Halphen completed an MBA at IESE Business School and a BS in Marketing at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
