Previously, Harleen worked at Infosys from April 2011 to March 2023, holding various roles including EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities involved developing talent acquisition strategies, managing graduate hiring, and overseeing significant recruitment initiatives across multiple regions. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the Institute of Management, Nirma University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Gujarat University.
