Mr Ram Walase has more than 20 years of all-around experience in project conceptualisation, financing, execution, sales & marketing and operations of real estate and infrastructure assets.
Earlier in his career, Mr Walase worked in leadership and consulting roles at IL&FS Urban Infrastructure, CRISIL and A F Ferguson & Co. He was involved in financing and development of urban infrastructure and real estate assets such as GIFT City, Commercial and Residential Townships, Sports Stadium, Ports and Surface Transport Projects.
Mr Walase’s cross-functional experience includes consolidation and reorganization of infrastructure and real estate businesses into specialist business verticals, induction of private equity investors, incubation of new business verticals, PPPs and project financing.
