David Palmeri

David Palmeri has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. David recently joined VBI Vaccines Inc. as a Vaccine Sales Specialist in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Syneos Health as a Diabetes Specialty Representative from August 2020 to December 2021. During their time at Syneos, David achieved top rankings in the region and played a significant role in customer engagement and training new hires. David was also a part of the Data Analytics Committee.

Before Syneos Health, David had a long tenure at Merck, where they held multiple roles. David started as a Professional Sales Representative in June 2002 and steadily climbed the ladder. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University at Buffalo. Additionally, they studied Communications at Canisius College.
