Tshepiso Napo

Tshepiso Napo is a Senior Consultant in Metallurgy at VBKOM since February 2023, with a robust background in metallurgy gained during various roles at Sibanye-Stillwater from March 2015 to January 2023, including Production Superintendent, Senior Metallurgist, Plant Metallurgist, and Graduate Metallurgical Engineer. Initial experience as a Vacation Student at Sibanye-Stillwater in late 2013 provided valuable exposure to the metallurgical field. Tshepiso Napo holds a Postgraduate Degree in Labour Law from the University of Johannesburg (2022), a Master of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management from the same institution (2021), and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand (2014). Educational background includes completion of high school at Brakpan High School in 2010.
