Ben Stephens has worked in the customer service and theatre industries. From 2016 to present, they have served as the Director of Customer Service at VBO Tickets. Prior to this, they were the Founder, Owner, Teacher, and Team Building Facilitator at Made Up Theatre from 2009 to 2016.

Ben Stephens earned a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Motion Picture and Television from the Academy of Art University.
