Abu Arshad

Abu Arshad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as a Sr. Customer Success Manager at Vbrick since November 2020, Abu previously held roles at MicroStrategy as a Sr. Account Manager for the Federal Civilian sector, and at Forrester as a Sr. Account Manager for the Department of Defense. Prior to this, Abu worked at Cision as a Sr. Customer Success Manager and began professional career as a Staff Accountant at Enterprise. Abu holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, obtained from 2005 to 2010.
