Bahadır Büyükturhan has work experience as an ITSM Consultant & Developer at VBT Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. starting in December 2018. Prior to that, they worked as an intern at the same company from November 2018 to December 2018. Bahadır also had an internship at Karadeniz Holding from August 2018 to September 2018.

Bahadır Büyükturhan completed their undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from Trakya University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in the field of IT. These include the ITIL® 4 Foundation Course Completion Certificate from EDUCORE in March 2021, the BMC Certified Associate: AR System 20.x for Administrators and BMC Certified Professional: Helix ITSM 19.x from BMC Software in July 2021, the BMC Certified Associate: Helix CMDB 20.x for Administrators and BMC Certified Associate: Remedy AR System 9.x Developer from BMC Software in January 2021, and the BMC Accredited Developer: BMC Remedy AR System 9.1 and BMC Helix ITSM - Smart IT 20.x: Fundamentals Administering from BMC Software in November 2020.
