Ergun Ozel

Ergun Ozel has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ergun is currently working as the SVP Enterprise Solutions at VBT Yazılım A.Ş. since March 2022. Prior to their current position, they held various roles at Akbank T.A.Ş., including IT Mainframe Systems Vice President from October 2013 to March 2022, IT Data Management Vice President from February 2007 to September 2013, and IT Data Modeling & Data Warehouse Manager from April 2003 to February 2007.

Before joining Akbank T.A.Ş., Ergun worked at Aknet A.Ş. as a Project Leader, Data Management from March 2001 to April 2003. Ergun also worked at VBT Vizyon Bilgi Teknolojileri as a Senior System Programmer from October 2000 to March 2001, and at CA Technologies as a Client Relationship Manager from April 2000 to September 2000.

Ergun started their career at Aknet A.Ş. as a Senior System Programmer from November 1995 to March 2000. Their early experience also includes working as a Mainframe System Administrator at Türkiye İş Bankası from August 1992 to July 1994.

From 1987 to 1992, Ergun Ozel attended Bilkent University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering.
