Ryan de Franck

Ryan de Franck serves as the Managing Director of VBX Limited, overseeing the development of the Wuudagu bauxite project in Western Australia since September 2019. As the Founder and Director of Valperlon Group, Ryan has been engaged in natural resources project generation and corporate development since October 2014. Additionally, Ryan holds a position as a Non-Executive Director at Terra Metals, focusing on critical minerals projects in Western Australia. Previous experience includes investment banking at Liberum, where Ryan advised on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising for the natural resources sector, and corporate finance at Deloitte. Ryan's educational background includes a Graduate Diploma in Mineral Exploration Geoscience from the Western Australia School of Mines and a Masters of Applied Finance from FINSIA/Kaplan Education.
